PROJECT SUMMARY
I led the research and design for the MVP launch of tossrecycling.ai, a mobile-first website that helps people recycle better using AI.
It wasn’t just about connecting the AI. I focused on how it should talk to people. Based on real feedback and usage patterns, I designed the chatbot to give clear, helpful answers without extra clutter, so users could understand what to do, quickly and easily.
